It takes a bit to get going, can be frustrating but honestly don't think of it as frustrating just keep trying and you'll get it! I felt the burn in my stomach, thighs, butt and arms. I can only do 20 mins right now but working up from 10 mins so it's working. Just get it, its fun, not to loud, I'm still able to watch and hear the tv.

Saw this on a TikTok Ad and was skeptical at first but If you use this product the way the instructions tell you to this will work 100% I used it and the next day my stomach was sore like I did a full ab work out! It’s comfortable, easy to use, and easy to assemble.

This was an awesome buy. I use it almost every day. There IS a learning curve, so don't give up. I cannot run due to an ankle issue so this allows me to get a great fast-paced workout in without stressing the ankle.

Watched you tube video to learn how to adjust. Easy to use. Suspect the novelty will wear off. Besides that, product was as advertised and met my expectations. Would have liked a storage bag. Came with some cloth that we don’t use.

This is an excellent way to get some exercise while indoors or outdoors! It definitely gets your blood pumping after 10 minutes! Just in the first week I was able to take a notch off! I love that its customizable to each individual size! I would definitely recommend this over a regular hoop!

It's a good product, came in a timely manner and everything was in it. The ball is a great weight and I am able to move it quite well. It does put in a workout for sure though.

it’s the perfect calorie burner for when watching a movie indoors or while watching kids play outdoors. this product can be used anywhere! it makes a questionable noise, but it’s worth it bc you feel the “burn” after just 15 minutes of use! i recommend using daily for 30 minutes while watching a movie or a show!

I ordered the hoola hoop and it works great. It’s a fun work out I am very pleased with it. It took me a few try’s to get it going and now I have no problems with it. I love it a lot.
